Our Story

We started District with a simple belief - people move more when movement feels like play.

 

Not everyone loves running, but everyone loves games. Inspired by the success of Pokémon Go, we saw the opportunity to bring the same sense of discovery and fun into fitness -  using technology for good.

In 2017, we launched District with large-scale city race events, transforming urban spaces into interactive treasure hunts.  From there, we expanded into campaigns for global brands, charities, and communities - creating new ways to get people moving together.

Today, we’re building District for everyone, everywhere - turning movement into a game to make it more engaging, inclusive, and rewarding. Our vision is simple: to motivate millions of people to move more, feel better, and see their world in a whole new way.
