Prize Draw Rules
1. Overview
The District Prize Draw (“Promotion”) is operated by District Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“District”). By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to District users in regions where such promotions are permitted by law. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by local regulations.
3. How to Enter
Users may enter the Promotion by redeeming 2 in-app Coins for 1 Entry Ticket. Coins are earned through normal gameplay in the District app.
No purchase is required to enter.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on the date it becomes available in the app and ends on the date stated in the Promotion entry screen. All entries must be received before the end date.
5. Prize
One winner/winners will receive the prize specified on the Promotion’s entry screen. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash unless required by law.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted via the email associated with their District account within 7 days of the draw date. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, District may select an alternate winner.
8. General Conditions
District may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, including if it becomes impossible to operate due to fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond District’s control. Any attempt to exploit or tamper with the Promotion will result in disqualification.
9. Foot-Only Activity Requirement
Entries earned through District gameplay must be generated using human-powered, on-foot movement (walking, jogging, or running). Activities showing speeds inconsistent with on-foot movement - including but not limited to travel by car, bicycle, scooter, motorcycle, public transport, or any other vehicle - may be automatically disqualified by District’s speed-detection system. District reserves the right to void entries or disqualify participants if non-foot activity is suspected
District retains full, sole, and final discretion over all aspects of the Promotion, including (but not limited to) rule interpretation, entry eligibility, disqualification decisions, winner selection processes, prize allocation, and any adjustments deemed necessary for the fair and secure operation of the Promotion. District’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
