REFUND POLICY

All standard  event tickets are purchased as non-refundable, however they are both fully exchangeable and transferable.

In case the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control, such as natural disasters, poor weather conditions, or government mandates, no refunds will be given. However, our Ticket Exchange Policy ensures that all tickets can be exchanged for any future event within a 12-month period.

 

After confirming the cancellation or postponement, we will reach out to you as soon as possible with additional event information. If the event is cancelled due to an issue within the organizer's control, a full refund may be granted at the organizer's discretion.

All event tickets can be exchanged for future events within a 12-month period, provided that the event access-code is unused, and proof of purchase can be presented upon request. To exchange your ticket for a selected event, please contact the organizer at explore@districtrace.com no later than 2 weeks before the event.
